Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of operational management experience in EMS or healthcare logistics
- Clinical or EMS-related background (Paramedic, EMT, Nurse, or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership and people management skills – capable of leading dispatchers, medics, and support staff
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Sound knowledge of ambulance operations and patient transport standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal medical qualification (licensed EMT, Paramedic, or higher)
- Experience delivering medical training
- Prior work experience in the Middle East
- Exposure to start-up or scaling environments, with process optimization focus
- Arabic language skills (advantageous, not essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations, including dispatch, scheduling, and logistics
- Ensure consistent quality and safety across all patient transport and event medical services
- Act as the key operational liaison for clients, including hospitals, corporates, and event organizers
- Lead, motivate, and develop EMS teams to maintain high standards and performance
- Contribute to business growth, strategy, and service expansion initiatives
